I havent been able to exercise for a while because of all the homework and places i have to go. I have been eating healthier, but i need to know what exercises would be the fastest/better exercises to loose my extra weight.

How Much Exercise Do I Need To Do To Lose A Stone In 5 Weeks?

I want to just under a stone (about 12lbs) by Christmas time as I feel frumpy. I am eating between 1200 and 1500 calories a day (of healthy stuff) and am doing a 60 minute exercise video 2 or 3 days a week. Is this enough or should I exercise more? I am about 145llb at the moment. I don’t want to eat any less and I don’t want to over do it!

I wake up every morning at 8 to exercise. Should I eat something before I workout? If so how long should I wait after eating to exercise? I don’t really have time in the morning so Im planning on just waking up and working out on a empty stomach.

I’m a 21 year old male, I’m 5′11″ and weigh around 13 and a half stone (188 pounds). I want to lose some weight quickly. A few months back I lost over a stone and a half in about three months just from eating a more sensible diet, with hardly any extra exercise. Unfortunately this weight has now crept back on again! I’d like to lose between a stone and a half and two stones more quickly now. What Is The Best Way To Exercise When Youre Un Fit?

Its been a while since I last did any proper exercise, now that Ive finished college I have all this spare time on my hands and would like to start looking after myself. I try to eat healthily most of the time, but like everyone else, am partial to the odd cake or two! I am 24, 5ft, 6 and my weight is a suprising 8.5 stone. I dont need to lose weight, but I need to do something about my fitness and suppose could do with a bit of toning up. For some one who gets puffed out when climbing the stairs and warn out just buy carrying heavy(ish) grocery bags I think its fair to say my fitness levels are incredibly low, not to mention embarrassing! Any fitness fanatics out there who can give me some advice on what exercises are appropriate for me? Do I start off with light exercise and then progress to more intensive training? How often do I need to do exercise? Is it every day? every other day? What foods do I need to eat when doing this? Proteins? Carbs? Many thanx.

How Often Should A Diabetic Exercise? What Kinds Of Exercise Would Be Appropriate?

I’m not sure how much exercise would also be considered too much. I’ve heard and read some recommend an exercise of 3 times a week. Would exercising daily be too much? I think other people leading active lifestyles have no problem with daily physical activity. Is it possible for a diabetic to still build up their muscles? Or would their condition make it a little more difficult for them?
